My girlfriend, her mum, her nana, my mum and the people I work with all say I should get my hair cut. I don't really want to. Should I?

I wished also keep my hair longer... but friends told me I should get my hair cut... and after many many suggestions I did it... and I was very pleased... because the barber hair cut me really nice...
