i have hair thats a little past my shoulders. its sometimes frizzy/puffy and i have to straighten it to look real good. i want it cut, not sure how yet. maybe side part, kind of emoish, like with the bangs across my eyes? anyways, i want to get it cut in this place in the mall, its close to 30 dollars, but my mom is only paying 15. i have no job, no allowence, basically no way to get any money. im not sure where else to get it cut.

$15 should get you a good cut at a Barber Shop. Look in the phone book and call around, see which barber shops cut womens/girls hair. Most of the old-time barbers are either dead or retired and a new wave has come thru. I'm a barber and our shop does women's hair on occasion and we know how to cut it without buzzing it.

ithink you should get it trimmed like 2 inches then layer it!and then get some side bangs it would be really cute!!
